The unit has a lot of inputs to go with all your toys. 5 HDMI / Component/ 2 Optical audio inputs and more. This gives you optimum flexibility when configuring your system. The sound is good but it does take some tweaking to get it just right. I ran the setup but found it needed some adjusting to get it where I like it. The sub is rather large but a bit on the loose/rubblely side rather than a tight sound. The unit does heat up quite a bit even when using it at lower levels. Overall the system works well and can bring your movies to cinema like experience.

Pros:br /Easy to set upbr /Cheapbr /Sounds goodbr /br /Cons:br /Does not allow audio through hdmi cablebr /Not a lot of settings to tinker withbr /br /I think this a good set-up for someone new to sound systems and if you live in a small apartment or something like that. The sound quality is good enough for me, I’m not that picky though. This is my first sound system and so far I have not had any problems with it. The set up was extremely easy. One problem was the wires for the surround speakers were not nearly long enough. Also the sub woofer really pounds, it shook my whole apartment and I didn’t even have it all the way up.
