Swift Green Filters are environmentally friendly and are produced with new technology that carbonizes dried coconut shells and captures the emissions for thermal energy. Coconut carbon is more effective than conventional carbon media at improving the taste of drinking water. The Swift Green Filter SGF-LB60 meets NSF standard 42 for contaminant reduction. Independent lab testing for the SGF-LB60 filter shows that it reduces the same contaminants as the LG LT600P filter.
