Not bad, not entirely up to snuff in quality I was expecting. I got if for my S5100 camera. Pretty decent zoom distance I’d estimate an additional 100 feet on digital zoom of the camera. But I was a little disappointed particularly with this thing called “tunneling”. You’re camera has to be on maximum zoom in order to bypass the “tunneling” of your shot. Zooming in and out with the telephoto is highly limited.br /br /Nonetheless, it is useful and not bad for the price. I am willing to try the .45 wide angle lens from Opteka now.

The lens makes my S5200 from 10x zoom to approxmately 15x zoom. The image quality depends on how you set your aperture size (F number). I found the image has significant chromatic aberration when you set F number to 3.2. It becomes less abberated when the F number is set higher than 5.6. br /br /I tried it in the Yankee stadium. I actually took some good photos of the batter from the bleacher seat, when he stands at the center of the field of view. With the price I pay for, I am satisfied. My friend sat by me in the stadium was very supprise about the image quality from my camera when he compare it with the images from his expensive Nikon lens and camera.

The quality was overall good. Not the best. I have a FinePix S3100 and it attached without dificulty. My camera already had an optical zoom of six and these lenses added an extra couple points of magnifications. I’m pretty satisfied with the bundled package, and would consider buying more items from the vendor in the future.
