The faucet is beautiful. We love that it is high and can easily fill stock pots. Sprayer seems to be perpetually only partially in place. I’m forever putting it back. The color is beautiful, but a bit hard to clean with our hard water. An occassional wipe with vinegar seems to return the patina. br /br /We received a box that appeared to have already been opened. So we requested a replacement. The second box also seemed to have been opened, so we went ahead and called our plumber to install it. It was a huge problem to discover that BOTH boxes were MISSING THE ADAPTOR (which is included in the parts list). The plumber charged us an extra to go get a compatible piece so he could finish the install. Amazon was great to work with and reinbursed us for this cost. We also contacted Kohler through customer service. They never responded back. All is well in the end, but make sure to check for that adaptor piece before you begin installation.
