I saw this flashy ad while reading gizmodo, which introduced the Kohler Flipside to me. The installation instructions are awful. There are no pictures, and the small paragraph which describes how to install it indicates there is one washer and one screen. The difficult part was figuring out which side connects to the wall faucet, and which is connecting to the actual shower head.br /br /After playing around with it for a while, I was able to successfully install it. I’d recommend putting each side on loosely and testing before tightening.br /br /I’d highly recommend this shower head. Although having four heads may seem as a gimmick, I can re assure you that you will be constantly be flipping back and forth. They are so different from one another.br /br /Buy this showerhead!

These are great shower heads at a very reasonable price. I replace my shower heads every year due to the mold build up inside the shower head. The mold and mildew can be a very bad problem for those with breathing issues. My son and myself each suffer from allergies and asthma (CF patients in particular need to beware of moldy shower heads) These shower heads are very easy to install and have a nice spray that is not too harsh and not too soft… perfect, like a heavy rainfall. Also, it’s head swivels so you can ‘empty’ the residual water out of it by facing it down towards the floor after a shower, thus leaving less chance of mold. Overall, great to own and keep extras under the sink for replacements.

I purchased this shower head after much research and reviews from other buyers. The goal was to find a shower head with a blast of water; and easy to turn to other spray options. The blast was not so much a blast, although it delivered through all the holes in a steady stream.. The problem could lie in my own water pressure which would not be the fault of the head. I did find it easy to operate in terms of switching to different streams.. All in all, a good product, although I am still searching for the “spa shower” that delivers Niagra Falls in the shower.br /br /

After installing this faucet myself I was having difficulty getting the same flow I got from my old faucet. I inspected my installation and performed my own troubleshooting for many hours to no avail. I reluctantly called the support line not expecting much help and fully expected to go through the whole repackage, warranty return, wait, pay shipping and wait dance. br /The representative walked me through about 5 minutes of troubleshooting. We were unable to resolve the problem. She asked for the model number, my name and shipping address. In three days replacement parts arrived. I installed one of the parts and the faucet worked wonderfully. Minimal wait on the shipping, excellent support, no hassle and extra spare parts. Well done Kohler. You now have a `maven’ in Colorado.br /
