It’s a good product and looks good on the toilet. My kid likes it and her friends do also. You need to have a stool for kids feet though because it’s a long way down. The bottom and middle soft close but the top lid does not. The top lid is very thin and will bend if you sit or stand on it, it’s not safe to stand on this seat. It is what it is and does what it does, one of the better ones out there and probably the best for a elongated bowl. The actual adult (bottom) seat is not so comfortable for adults. We have it on our Toto toilet and I saved the Toto lid for the day we can take this off. Toto lid is much better and comfortable I wish they made this product, also the Bemis from Home Depot is good, I wish they made one. I guess what i’m saying is if you have an elongated toilet and what a fixed potty seat for the kids and adults to use this Kohler is the only choice. The price is higher than it should be because there doesn’t seem to be any decent competitive products available.
