I’m using this tilt on my new 55″ Samsung LED and I have to say it’s fantastic. There is a template included with the TV for easy installation — so as long as you are somewhat familiar with installing these sorts of things you’re fine. Otherwise I’d say it’s worth it to buy it and pay someone qualified to install it because it’s fantastic (though I really don’t think you need to — the template is pretty “fool proof”). It works simply, you turn on the TV and it tilts out.. you turn it off, it goes back flush with the wall. You simply hook up the provided optical cable to the optical outlet on your TV and you’re in business!br /br /I read some reviews saying that they can’t use the optical outlet for tilt because they need it for their audio — well, if you have a surround sound system (which I assume most people do that spend $$$ on a nice TV and a tilting mount like this) you simply hook the optical cable up to the mount, and then hook another optical cable up from your cable box to your receiver and BINGO you have the tilt working and the audio working br /br /When I had this installed I had a few people in my house doing some work (plumber, painter, electrician) and they all were “wowed” by it — when I told them it was under 0 they didn’t believe me. If you’re looking for a wow factor tilt at a great price, look no further – it’s well worth the money, and the template for installation makes it a breeze. br /br /ENJOY!
