I’ve had my Brita for a while now and have never had any problems with it. Simply, pour water into the top reservoir, wait for it to filter, then enjoy delicious tasting clean water! Perfect for the hard water we have in Southern California.br /br /Some customers have complained about the lid. I have had no issued with my lid at all.
